What I Do
I offer targeted cryotherapy and red light therapy sessions brought directly to workplaces, job sites, gyms, events, and private locations. Sessions are designed to be brief, efficient, and accessible, making recovery and wellness support easier to integrate without disrupting daily operations
This service is well suited for individuals and teams who experience repetitive physical demand, high activity levels, or elevated stress and are looking for consistent wellness support as part of a balanced routine

Cryotherapy
Red Light Therapy
Red light therapy is used after cryotherapy to gently rewarm tissue, encourage circulation, and support muscle recovery in overworked or injured areas.
Targeted, on-site cryotherapy uses brief, localized cold exposure to rapidly reduce inflammation and discomfort in overworked muscles and joints, supporting faster recovery without downtime.
What Is Targeted Cryotherapy?
Targeted cryotherapy uses controlled cold air applied to specific areas of the body for short, focused intervals. This is not whole-body cryotherapy. Treatment is localized and applied only to selected areas commonly used for recovery and wellness support, such as shoulders, knees, back, hips, elbows, or other high-use zones.
Treatment time typically ranges from 30 seconds to 3½ minutes per zone, depending on the area and individual comfort.
Targeted cryotherapy is commonly used in wellness settings to support post-activity recovery, encourage relaxation of overworked tissue, and complement overall wellness routines.

Treatment Timing & Approach
30–60 seconds per zone

All sessions are adjusted in real time based on comfort, tolerance, and individual response.
Why I Pair Cryotherapy With Red Light Therapy
After cryotherapy, treated areas may be supported with red light therapy to gently rewarm tissue and encourage circulation. Red light therapy is widely used in wellness environments to support relaxation, promote comfort after cooling, and complement recovery-focused routines.
This cold-to-warm approach is intentional and designed to support the body’s natural recovery processes in a non-invasive, low-stress way.

What a Session Looks Like
1. Brief intake & area selection -Participants identify areas they would like to focus on for recovery or wellness support.
2. Targeted cryotherapy - Controlled cold CO2 gas is applied to the selected area(s) for 30 seconds to 3½ minutes per zone
3. Red light therapy - Participants remain seated and relaxed while the area is supported under red light, typically for 10–30 minutes, depending on the setup.
Sessions are structured to allow smooth rotation and efficient flow, making them ideal for group and workplace environments.Write your text here
